I drew the guy in about 40 minutes one night. The coloring was done in about an hour and a half.
His torso is too long. Obviously. It's just something I've been doing for years. Sometimes I remember in time and catch it and can fix it, but other times (like here) I forget. However, I still liked the way it looked, so opted to go ahead and post it, despite the obvious flaws.

One trick you could try is to put a post-it reminding you of keeping your torsos proportional on your sketchbook or above the pile of paper you use for drawing so you always see it before starting a new piece.
