Prince Hakkan

From a race of genetically altered Elves, created to combat the human slave uprisings against the Ehlveren masters from millenia ago, Hakkan is currently the third in line for the throne of the small undersea kingdom of the surviving amphibious hybrids. Mostly forgotten by the people on the surface, Hakkan has nonetheless befriended Yori and at times may assist in his adventures across the lands of Palladia.
